- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Started off good. Then the company learned that my teenage son had a CT license with my address. He was actually living with his mother in New Hampshire at the time, but since he had passive use of one of my vehicles this agent sternly told me my premium was going up (an even) $700 per 6 months. So much for customer service and working with a long time Allstate insured with no claims. I went with another company and for some reason two weeks later they were asking about my son who by then had his own insurance.
